The Writer’s Block

Las Vegas’ only independent bookstore, The Writer’s Block’s Book Shop doubles (or rather, quintuples) as a manufacturer/publisher, literary treasury, writers workshop and artificial bird sanctuary. Its stock includes new fiction and nonfiction books, writing and print supplies, games, apparel, badminton accessories and Venus flytraps. Authors of all ages and ability are invited to participate in workshops and labs where they can write, design and construct new novels, magazines, screenplays, short films, animations, documentaries, audio recordings and more.
