From the outside, this petite cocktail bar is an odd glass box jutting from the front of Downtown’s Inspire building, but this members-only boite is actually a Japanese-inspired cocktail haven. (Despite the exclusivity, there’s a way to get in: Ask about reservations around Inspire or its sister venues Scullery and Downtown Cocktail Room). Award-winning bartender Seong Ha Lee runs the show, slinging custom cocktails, smoked-to-order single malts (over ice spheres, if you prefer), liquid nitrogen-frozen Guinness, and siphon-charged sippers carbonated before your eyes.
